Noble One, now in its fifth decade of production, is a true Australian icon and of particular significance to the Riverina.
The recently released 2021 vintage has been awarded four trophies at prestigious national wine shows.
As a company, De Bortoli has been exploring fresh and innovative ways to enjoy Noble One including in mixers and cocktails to broaden its appeal and maintain its relevance in today’s market.
To this end, we have partnered with Harvest HQ and talented local chef Luke Piccolo to create a Cocktail format evening of drinks featuring Noble One and Black Noble to be accompanied by delicious canapes and sweet treats created by Luke.
